We have been open for 10 years in Manurewa and since July 2012 in Botany and are focused on providing our local communities with high quality ethnic food and products, at very affordable prices. 

 

At our two spacious stores you will find many delicious spices and ingredients used to create exciting cuisine from countries such as India, Fiji, South Africa and Pakistan to name a few. 

 

As a family owned and operated business we are able to keep our costs down, passing these savings directly on to our customers. 

 

If you are interested in buying in bulk we have well-stocked spice and nut bulk bins and sacks of rice and other important staple foods, ranging up to 20kgs in size. 

 

In our frozen section you will find an extensive selection of vegetables, meats and speciality breads such as naan, chapatis and paratha. 

 

There is an entire aisle dedicated to cosmetics and beauty products, along with prayer items, chips, biscuits, snack foods, Indian sweets and ready made meals. 

 

We stock for all your shopping basics such as bread, confectionery and milk and also sell Indian DVDs and CDs at low prices. 

 

With new items on special every week, make sure you visit on a regular basis to make sure you don’t miss out! 

 

Pre-paid phone cards are available at both stores, along with Western Union money transfer services. 

 

Moshims Discount House is located at 46 Ormiston Road on the corner of Laidlaw Way, Botany and also at 59 Churchill Avenue, Manurewa. Free parking is available right outside. 

 

Both stores are open seven days from 9am till 8pm in the summer and 9am to 7pm in the winter.
